Erhan TOPAÇ

Chairman of the Board

After graduating from Ankara Science High School, he earned his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He went on to receive a postgraduate diploma and master’s degree from the same faculty. He pursued doctoral studies at Boğaziçi University’s Faculty of Industrial Engineering. From 1971 to 1979, he worked as a Research Assistant at Boğaziçi University.

Between 1979 and 1985, he served in the Planning Department of Eczacıbaşı Holding fom 1985 to 1986, he worked as the General Manager's Consultant at İpek Kağıt and between 1986 and 1990, he held the position of Marketing Manager. From 1989 to 1990, he served as Marketing Manager at Pepsi Cola.

Since 1991, he has been a founding partner and the Chairman of the Board of Gedik Yatırım, actively contributing to the capital markets.

Onur TOPAÇ

Vice Chairman of the Board

After graduating from the Austrian High School, he completed his undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Koç University in 2013 and earned a master’s degree in Financial Engineering from Özyeğin University. Onur Topaç began his finance career at Gedik Investment in 2008 and was actively involved in the establishment phase of the Banking Division in 2013.

He held the position of General Manager and later as Chairman of the Board at HUB Venture Capital Investment Trust Inc. Additionally, he acted as Vice Chairman of the Board at Marbaş Securities Inc. from 2015 to 2019.

Currently, he is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Gedik Investment, he is also the Vice Chairman of the Board and General Manager at Inveo Investment Holding Inc., as well as the Vice Chairman of the Board at Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş..

Muhammet Mustafa CERİT

General Manager and Board Member

Muhammet Mustafa Cerit graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University in 2000 and completed a thesis-based Master’s degree in Business Administration at the same university in 2006.
Mr. Cerit commenced his professional career at the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency in 2001 as an Assistant Banking Specialist. As of 2012, he served as Head of Department, and as of 2016, as Deputy Chairman, undertaking various senior managerial roles in processes relating to financial institutions falling within the Agency’s remit.
Since 2022, Mr. Cerit has held senior executive positions within Misyon Bank. In this capacity, he served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Information Systems and Operations, led activities in the field of custody services, and acted as General Manager of Misyon Teknoloji, the Bank’s technology subsidiary.
Muhammet Mustafa Cerit currently serves as the General Manager and a Member of the Board of Directors of Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.

Dr. Sezai BEKGÖZ

Board Member

After graduating from the Department of Economics at the Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University in 1983, Dr. Sezai Bekgöz worked as an Auditor in the Surveillance Department of the Capital Markets Board from 1983 to 1992.

Between 1992 and 1998, he served as the Head of the Inspection Board at Borsa İstanbul, and from 1998 to 2007, he was the Vice President responsible for Markets, Risk Management, and Member Affairs.

From 2007 to 2016, he worked as the Deputy General Manager at Takasbank Central Securities Depository, responsible for domestic and international settlement and custody operations, external relations, and member affairs.

Dr. Bekgöz completed his postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University and pursued a doctorate in Banking at the Banking and Insurance Institute of Marmara University.

Dr. Sezai Bekgöz is currently a Board Member at Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş..

Hasan Halim ÇUN

Board Member

After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Boğaziçi University, he continued his graduate and doctoral studies in the Department of Public Administration at the same faculty.

Halim Çun began his career in 1987 as a Senior Specialist in the Planning and Investments Department of Sabancı Holding. He worked in various projects and positions before returning to the finance sector. In 1998, he became the General Manager during the establishment of Ak Invest, and in 2000, he took the same role at Ak Asset Management.

He was involved in the establishment of Ak Pension Company and pension funds and participated in committees related to the distribution and marketing of the company's financial products until 2006. In 2006, he joined Gedik Investment, where he took on responsibilities in restructuring investment funds and portfolio services. In 2008, he became the General Manager during the establishment of Gedik Asset Management (after the name change, Inveo Asset Management).

Hayriye Gülşah HALICI

Board Member

Hayriye Gülşah Halıcı has graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Hacettepe University. She started her professional career as a software and database expert, following her experience in the private sector, she began to work for the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) in 2000.

Throughout her long tenure at the BRSA, she held senior executive responsibilities as Head of Department, including the preparation of regulatory frameworks governing the information systems of banks and non-bank financial institutions, on-site supervisory examinations and enforcement processes with the relevant legislation.

Hayriye Gülşah Halıcı currently is a Member of the Board of Directors of Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş..

Tevfik Metin AYIŞIK

Board Member

Tevfik Metin Ayışık was born in Istanbul in 1961. After graduating from Saint Michel French High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration/Statistics, in 1984.

Ayışık began his professional career in 1984 at Beldesan, one of the Koç Holding companies. Since 1987, he has held senior executive positions at leading investment institutions in the capital markets sector and has served as a board member at various capital markets institutions.

Throughout his career, Metin Ayışık has held several prominent positions, including Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Association of Capital Market Intermediary Institutions of Türkiye, Board Member of the Turkish Derivatives Exchange, Vice Chairman of the Board of the Capital Markets Licensing, Registry and Training Agency, Board Member of Borsa Istanbul, and Chairman of the Association of Brokerage Firm Executives.

Between 2000 and 2013, Ayışık served as General Manager of Alternatif Yatırım. In 2013, he joined Gedik Yatırım, where he served as General Manager and Board Member for 8.5 years.

From 2022 to 2024, he served as General Manager and Board Member of Turkish Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş.

Since June 2024, he has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Marbaş Menkul Değerler A.Ş.

Mr. Ayışık is a Board Member of Misyon Yatırım Bankası A.Ş.
